Terms of use

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses Yippigo (formerly Kafilaa): the website yippigo.com and the Yippigo Partner app. By creating an account or using Yippigo, you agree to them. Please read them with our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

1. Who we are

Yippigo is a brand of Augmetic Infinite LLP (LLPIN AAQ-0027), a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with limited liability. In these terms, “Yippigo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Augmetic Infinite LLP.

  • Legal name: Augmetic Infinite LLP
  • LLPIN: AAQ-0027
  • GSTIN: 24ABPFA7903A2ZQ (Gujarat)
  • Based in: Gujarat, India
  • Email: hello@kafilaa.com

All our contact details, including the Grievance Officer, are on the contact page.

2. What Yippigo is, and what it is not

  • Yippigo is an online marketplace. Customers post group-travel requests or send enquiries. Independent transport operators and travel agencies (“operators”) reply with quotes. The customer chooses a quote and books directly with that operator.
  • We are an intermediary. The contract for the trip is between the customer and the operator. Yippigo is not a party to it, does not own or run vehicles, does not employ drivers, does not conduct tours and does not set operators' prices.
  • Each operator is an independent business. It is responsible for its vehicles, drivers, permits, fitness, insurance and pollution certificates, for the trip itself, for its taxes and for issuing its own invoices.
  • We host what users give us: trip requests, quotes, chat messages, operator pages, photos and reviews. We do not check everything before it appears. Whoever posts something is responsible for it.

3. Who can use Yippigo

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract under Indian law. Yippigo is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly open accounts for anyone under 18.
  • Children and other passengers may travel on a trip booked by an adult, a school or another organisation. Whoever books is responsible for them and must have the right to share any details about them.
  • Give true, current and complete information, and keep it up to date.
  • One account per person, on your own Indian mobile number. Do not open an account for someone else without their permission, and do not open a new account to get around a suspension.
  • If you use Yippigo for a business, school, society or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it, and that it is bound by these terms.

4. Your account and its security

  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number, and you can add a password. Keep your phone, codes and password to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at once at hello@kafilaa.com. You can also log out your other devices under Account & security.
  • Business owners decide who joins their team. Adding a team member or a driver by mobile number gives that person a login with the access you choose. Remove people when they leave.
  • To fix a problem or when you ask us, our support staff may open a business workspace in a limited “assist” mode. Every visit is logged, and staff in assist mode cannot send quotes, accept quotes, confirm payments or send messages for you.
  • You can delete your account at any time, once any booking that is waiting for its advance, confirmed, under way or disputed is finished or cancelled (how to delete).

5. For customers

  • Describe your trip accurately: places, dates, group size, luggage and any special needs, such as senior citizens, young children or accessibility.
  • Read each quote before you accept it: the vehicle, the total price, what is included and what is not (for example tolls, parking, state permit tax, driver allowance, extra kilometres or hours, and GST), the advance and the balance. Accepting a quote is always your own choice; nothing is selected for you.
  • When you accept a quote, that operator sees your name and mobile number so they can arrange the trip with you.
  • Pay the operator as agreed and record each payment in Yippigo, so that both of you have the same record.
  • You and your group must follow the law and the operator's reasonable safety instructions, must not carry anything illegal, and must treat the driver and crew with respect. The operator may charge you for damage your group causes to the vehicle.
  • Changes to the route, timings or number of days must be agreed with the operator and may cost more.

6. For operators and agencies

Verification

Only verified operators receive trip requests and can send quotes. Send us true and valid documents: registration, permits, fitness, insurance and pollution certificates, driver licences and badges, and GST and PAN details where they apply. Verification is a review we do at one point in time, based on what you send. It is not a licence or a guarantee of your service, and it does not move any of your legal duties to us. We may ask for documents again at any time, and we remind you before your papers expire.

Stay compliant

  • Hold, and keep valid, everything your service needs under the Motor Vehicles Act and other laws: a contract carriage or All India Tourist permit, fitness certificate, insurance (including cover for passengers), pollution certificate and registration for every vehicle, and a valid driving licence and badge for every driver where required.
  • Tell us within 7 days if any of these lapses, is suspended or is cancelled. Do not quote for a trip you cannot legally run.

Quote honestly

  • Give one total price, with a breakup of every compulsory and optional charge (tolls, parking, state permit tax, driver allowance, GST and so on), and say clearly what is not included.
  • Quote only for vehicles you have and can send. You confirm that every description, photo and vehicle detail you give us is accurate. Add your GSTIN if you are registered for GST.

Send the vehicle you quoted

  • Send the quoted vehicle, clean and roadworthy, with a qualified, sober and rested driver.
  • Any change of vehicle needs the customer's agreement before the trip, and must be the same class or better, at no extra cost.
  • Treat every customer fairly and with respect. Follow traffic law and driving-hour limits. Do not ask for more than the agreed price, apart from extras the customer has agreed to.

Your public page

Every verified operator gets a public page on yippigo.com, which search engines can show. It can show your business name, city, description, fleet (without registration numbers), vehicle photos, tours, rating and recent reviews. Your phone, WhatsApp and email are shown to visitors who have signed in and added an email address, unless you turn public contact off in your settings. You are responsible for everything on your page.

Leads and customer data

  • Signed-in customers who have added an email address can send you an enquiry from your page. You receive their name, mobile number and email straight away. When a customer accepts your quote, you see their name and mobile number.
  • Use customers' details only to answer that enquiry and run that trip. Keep them safe, do not share or sell them, and do not send them unrelated marketing. You are responsible for how you use them under the law.

People you add

When you add drivers or team members, you confirm that you have told them, and have their consent, to share their details (name, mobile number, licence and identity documents) with Yippigo and, for drivers, with customers on their trips. Upload only masked Aadhaar (with the first 8 digits hidden) and never type a full Aadhaar number.

7. How we choose operators and order quotes

  • The customer chooses who may quote: vehicle owners, travel agencies or both. Tour requests go only to travel agencies. A customer who starts from an operator's page can send the request to that operator first, or to that operator only; a request for one operator only is never sent to anyone else.
  • We then invite up to 6 verified, active operators that offer the vehicle type asked for (travel agencies can arrange any type). We look first at operators within 250 km of the pickup, then within 600 km. Vehicle owners are invited only within 600 km of the pickup; travel agencies, which arrange vehicles through their own network, can be invited from anywhere in India. When the customer asks for both, we take owners and agencies in turns. If no verified operator is near the pickup yet, we say so before and after the request is posted, keep it open and invite operators as they join.
  • We rank the operators we can invite by a score, most important first: rating (up to 15 points; operators with no rating yet get 9), how quickly they usually reply (up to 10; operators we have no history for get 5), trips completed (up to 5), partner plan (Growth 2.5, Enterprise and Premium 5, Starter 0) and distance from the pickup (up to 5).
  • If fewer than 3 quotes have arrived 2 hours after the request was posted, we may invite up to 6 more operators, chosen the same way, and again every 2 hours while the request is open for quotes.
  • Customers see the quotes they receive sorted by total price, lowest first. No one can pay to change that order.
  • Our public lists of operators (the home page and Explore) show only verified operators, sorted by trips completed on Yippigo, then by rating. Partner plans and payments do not affect this order or who appears.
  • Operators on a higher partner plan get the plan points above when we choose whom to invite, and the features listed on the plans page. Plans are free to choose during launch. Apart from this, we treat all operators of the same kind in the same way.

8. Payments, fees and taxes

  • During launch, customers pay operators directly (by UPI, bank transfer or cash) and mark each payment in Yippigo; the operator then confirms it. Yippigo does not collect, hold or process trip payments and is not a payment provider.
  • Pay only to the UPI ID or account shown on your booking. We will never ask you to pay a trip amount to Augmetic Infinite LLP, and our staff will never ask for your one-time code, PIN or password.
  • Because we do not handle the money, refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes are between you, the operator and your bank or UPI app. We will help with the records we hold.
  • Each quote shows the advance (usually 20% to 30% of the total, depending on the type of trip) and the balance.
  • Commission: Yippigo charges no commission or platform fee on bookings, to customers or operators. Before any such fee starts, we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app, and show it clearly before you accept a quote.
  • Partner plans: Starter is free. Growth, Enterprise and Premium are paid plans for operators and agencies, charged at the prices shown on the Plan & billing page plus 18% GST. They are free to use until we start charging for them, which we will announce at least 14 days in advance by email or in the app; a paid plan that is not paid for then moves back to Starter.
  • Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay and renew automatically until you turn off auto-renew. You can turn it off at any time on the Plan & billing page: you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. We do not refund a period that has already started, except where the charge was a mistake or the law requires it. If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it; if it keeps failing, the plan moves back to Starter.
  • Augmetic Infinite LLP (GSTIN 24ABPFA7903A2ZQ) issues a GST tax invoice for every plan payment, shown on the Plan & billing page and sent to your business email. We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice; a new price applies from your next renewal after that.
  • Taxes: trip prices are set, charged and invoiced by the operator, who issues its own tax invoice and is responsible for GST on the trip, except where the law makes Yippigo liable. Booking receipts from Yippigo are not tax invoices. Operators must show GST in their quotes, either included in the total or added separately.
  • If the law makes us responsible for tax on trips booked through Yippigo (for example GST payable by an electronic commerce operator, or tax deducted at source), we may need operators' GST and PAN details and may change how invoices or payments work. We will tell you in advance.

9. Cancellations and refunds

During launch, every booking made through Yippigo follows this standard policy, which is shown on the booking:

  • Customer cancels 7 days or more before pickup: 90% of the amount paid is refunded.
  • Customer cancels at least 3 days (72 hours) but less than 7 days before pickup: 50% is refunded.
  • Customer cancels less than 72 hours before pickup: no refund.
  • The operator cancels, or we cancel because the operator cannot run the trip: 100% is refunded.
  • You can cancel in Yippigo at any time before the trip starts.
  • Refunds are worked out on the payments the operator has confirmed in Yippigo. If you paid but the operator had not confirmed it, write to us with proof of payment.
  • Yippigo charges no cancellation fee.
  • The operator pays the refund directly, by the method you used to pay, within 7 days of the cancellation. If it does not arrive, write to the Grievance Officer (section 19).
  • An operator may give you better terms than these in writing, but never worse.

10. Reviews

  • After a completed trip, the customer and the operator can rate and review each other. Reviews of operators are public on the operator's page, with the reviewer's first name (the first word of the account or business name).
  • Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. No abuse, no phone numbers or other personal data, no fake reviews and no reviews in return for money or discounts. Operators must not review themselves or pressure customers.
  • You can edit your review later. We may remove or hide a review that breaks these terms or the law. We do not remove reviews just because they are negative. To report a review, write to the Grievance Officer.

11. What you must not post or do

You must not use Yippigo to host, display, upload, change, publish, send, store, update or share anything that:

  • belongs to someone else and you have no right to share;
  • is obscene, pornographic or paedophilic, invades anyone's privacy (including bodily privacy), insults or harasses anyone because of their gender, is racially or ethnically objectionable, relates to or encourages money laundering, gambling or an online game that causes harm to users, or promotes enmity between groups on grounds of religion or caste with intent to incite violence;
  • is harmful to a child;
  • infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property right;
  • deceives or misleads anyone about where a message came from, or knowingly spreads false or misleading information;
  • impersonates another person;
  • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, its friendly relations with other countries or public order, incites a serious (cognisable) offence, prevents the investigation of an offence, or insults another nation;
  • contains a virus or other harmful code;
  • is an online game that has not been verified as permissible, or advertises one; or
  • breaks any law in force.

You must also not:

  • give false details or documents, or post fake requests, quotes, bookings or payments;
  • harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone you meet through Yippigo;
  • collect other users' details, or use them for anything other than the trip they were shared for, or send spam;
  • copy or scrape Yippigo in bulk, get around its security or limits, or interfere with how it works; or
  • use Yippigo for anything unlawful, including running a vehicle without the permits it needs.

If you break these rules or the law: we may remove the content and suspend or end your access straight away; you may face penalties or punishment under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other laws; and where the law requires offences to be reported (for example under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 or the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012), we will report them to the authorities. We remind all users of this at least once every three months.

12. The AI trip planner

  • Plans from the trip planner are written by an artificial intelligence model run by a third-party provider (Anthropic, in the United States). The costs are estimates made by Yippigo from typical rates.
  • A plan is a suggestion only. It is not a quote, an offer or a booking. Real prices come from operators' quotes.
  • AI can be wrong. Distances marked “≈”, timings, opening hours, closures, entry rules, weather, road conditions and safety advice may be inaccurate or out of date. Check them before you travel.
  • We send the provider only the trip details you enter (destination, starting city, days, start date, group size, kind of trip, stay level, travel style and interests), never your name or phone number. Do not type names, phone numbers or other personal details into the planner.
  • Anyone with the link can open a plan, and the same request from someone else may be answered with a plan made earlier. Daily limits apply; after that, a simpler planner answers.

13. Our content and yours

  • The Yippigo name and logo, the website, the app and their design, text and software belong to Augmetic Infinite LLP or its licensors. You may use them only to use Yippigo as intended. Do not copy, resell or reuse them, or use our brand, without our written permission.
  • What you post stays yours. By posting it (operator pages, logos, photos, tours, requests, reviews), you give Augmetic Infinite LLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, anywhere in the world, to store, copy, resize, display and share it to run and promote Yippigo, for as long as it is on Yippigo and for a reasonable time afterwards in backups and records.
  • You confirm that you own what you post or have permission to post it, and that it does not break anyone's rights.
  • If you think something on Yippigo infringes your rights, write to the Grievance Officer with the link and the details.

14. Suspension and closing accounts

  • We may warn you, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account or a business if: you break these terms or the law; you give false details or documents; required papers lapse; we receive serious or repeated complaints (for example about safety, no-shows, overcharging or harassment); we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or a court or government authority requires it.
  • We normally tell you the reason and give you a chance to respond before we act. Where there is a risk to safety, a risk of fraud or a legal requirement, we may act first and tell you afterwards, unless the law does not allow us to tell you.
  • You can ask us to review the decision by writing to the Grievance Officer. We reply within 7 days.
  • When an account is closed, its open requests and quotes are withdrawn. A suspended operator gets no new requests, its open quotes are withdrawn and it cannot take new bookings. Amounts already owed between customers and operators stay owed. You can stop using Yippigo at any time, and delete your account once your live bookings are finished or cancelled.

15. Disclaimers and our liability

  • We work to keep Yippigo available and accurate, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • The operator is responsible for the trip, and for any loss, injury, delay or damage caused by the operator, its vehicles or its drivers. Claims about a trip are made against the operator. We will help you with the records and contact details we hold.
  • We are responsible for our own service. If we break these terms or are negligent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or business), and our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the fees you paid Yippigo in the 12 months before the claim and ₹10,000.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Indemnity

  • Operators will make good to Augmetic Infinite LLP, its partners and staff any claim, loss, penalty or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: their trips, vehicles or drivers; accidents, injury, damage or loss during their trips; missing or invalid permits, licences, insurance or certificates; taxes, tolls, fines and challans; the content they post; how they use personal data; or their breach of these terms or the law.
  • Customers will make good to Augmetic Infinite LLP only for claims caused by their misuse of Yippigo, unlawful content they post, or their fraud. Nothing here makes you responsible for our own faults.

17. Messages we send you

  • Service messages are part of Yippigo: login codes by SMS, and updates about requests, quotes, bookings, payments, reminders and documents in the app, by push notification if you allow it, and by email if you have given us one. You can turn push notifications off in your browser or phone settings, or under Account & security.
  • We do not send you WhatsApp messages today. WhatsApp buttons in Yippigo open WhatsApp with a message that you choose whether to send. If we start sending trip updates on WhatsApp, we will ask you to opt in first.
  • We send marketing messages only if you opt in separately (never through a pre-ticked box), and you can opt out at any time. We do not send any marketing messages today.

18. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. For important changes, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect, and always at least 14 days before any new fee. Changes required by law, or that do not affect you, may take effect sooner.
  • If you keep using Yippigo after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using Yippigo and delete your account.
  • At least once a year, we remind all users of these terms, our privacy policy and any changes to them.

19. Complaints and the Grievance Officer

Grievance Officer: Keyurkumar Maru, Designated Partner, Augmetic Infinite LLP. Email: hello@kafilaa.com. Based in: Gujarat, India.

  • Write with the subject “Complaint”. Include your name, your registered mobile number, the booking reference or link, what happened and what you would like us to do.
  • We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours, with a ticket number, and resolve it within 7 days.
  • Requests to remove content that breaks section 11 are dealt with within 36 hours.
  • Content that shows a person's private areas, nudity or a sexual act, or that impersonates a person (including morphed images), is removed within 2 hours of a complaint.
  • If you are not satisfied with our decision, you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (gac.gov.in) within 30 days. Consumers can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in) or file a complaint with a consumer commission through e-Jagriti. For personal data, see the privacy policy.

20. Governing law and courts

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (which lets you complain where you live or work), the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Yippigo; your trip contract with an operator is separate.
